She holds her hands up to her ears as each cherub looks to her as if they are about to say something. Their wings flail behind them with exquisite detail. The woman's garment drapes around her body in folds that accentuate the curves of her body. She has a look of intense concentration as she considers what she is hearing or perhaps she is trying to ward off the words of the angels.
